We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare mockups, scope website work, provide support, manage client communication and, where you ask us to, review and approve a testimonial. Our usual lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We use consent where we ask to contact you about publishing a review.

Sharing information

Webzi does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by trusted service providers used for hosting and email delivery where needed. The current enquiry delivery provider is Brevo and the website is hosted on Vercel. Review their current privacy information for their processing details.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including server-side validation, limited data collection, HTTPS and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.

Data retention

Enquiry and project information is kept only for as long as needed for communication, project delivery, legal records or reasonable business purposes.
